Connor is great! He really takes pride in his work, he went up and beyond to make sure we were bug free. I would definitely recommend him to be your technician if possible. Thanks again Conner for the great service 👍

Teresa, was very polite, courteous. She was very clear on her instructions on what she needed to do. She was very understanding. And she was able to take pictures, with no questions asked. She didn't judge what our place looked like. That put both of us, husband and I at ease. That were not alone. Like she was there to help.

We have used BTPC for several years and have been very satisfied with the control of pests around our home! Jamie C. and the other staff at BTPC have been great! They always work with us to make sure they come when it works best for us, text before they are coming, and check-in with me before starting too. Any time I’ve talked to office staff, they have always been courteous and helpful. We recommend Big Time Pest Control to all of our friends and family!

Our new technician, Anthony, @ Big Time Pest Control was professional and so considerate. He called to check what our issues were and followed up with me afterwards via phone call. We have a couple of areas that need special attention and he took care of them. Great service Anthony, thank you. Highly recommend this company.
