Byron is always professional and does a thorough job. I have a large property and he takes his time and makes me feel like I am important to him and the company. He’s also great about answering all my stupid questions!

Eric was fantastic! He called well ahead of time to let me know his ETA, he was incredibly accommodating of the dog in residence, and after treating a soffit that had come loose he even fixed it up and caulked it so it looks like new. Truly above and beyond, and very much appreciated! Enviropest is lucky to have him on their team.

If zero stars was an option, that would be my rating. But it is what it is have come to expect. When Enviropest was sold to Northwest Exterminating, the quality went downhill. I used to pay them for monthly pest service, termite traps, and mosquito service. The communication is terrible. I got billed for service visits that weren’t performed. Their notes said there were empty termite bait stations, but no one could fill them because they constantly showed up without the locator or bait. When you asked them to replace traps, ... read more
