Marc came to our house this week and did such a thorough job that I wanted to leave a review. He was very detailed in his work — rebated all traps, dusted all cobwebs down, and assessed and executed everything that was needed. He went above and beyond. I was so grateful for the time that he took instead of just rushing through. Thanks Marc!
Cohen did a great job we talked about trouble spots for pests , spiders , wasps etc and he made sure to to get those areas really good. He is a very pleasant young man! ☺️
Marc came out to take care of a mice problem. He remembers all the traps we have had to set up in the basement! (live next to an open field). He's always on time and very proficient. Great customer care as well. Highly recommend!
I called to schedule an appointment for voles in my yard. After numerous problems, including rescheduling, billing me twice, not having the correct equipment when they showed up, having to explain why they still owed me traps the tech didn't bring, I wouldn't recommend Enviropest. Affordable Pest control would have been cheaper, but I stuck with Enviropest because I had previously done business with them. Alejandro was excellent and nice to work with, but I ultimately wasn't pleased with the service.
Enviro Pest showed up on time and texted ahead of time their ETA. Eric was polite, personable, and professional. He was here long enough the I’m assured he did a thorough job. I’m very pleased. Thank you
