Jeff was amazing! Very knowledgeable about his job and very kind. He not only does his job well but also helped ease my mind about the issue we are having in the home. But not only Jeff, the company was prompt with answering and getting us all set up for the first appointment. Thanks Epcon Lane.
Our EPCON service technician Nick is outstanding. He is personable, knowledgeable and very thorough. We have used EPCON for many years. Nick exemplifies their service-oriented culture, and expertise.
This month's service was excellent. I was able to sync up with Craig today and consult with him on my current situation. Excellent guidance and customer service. Very much appreciated for his and Epcone Lane's service.
I appreciate that Chip and your other staff who have serviced our home are so polite, professional and personable with the customer. Chip did a great job. He let me know he was here and before leaving told me what was done. You train your staff well. .
